Adam DiLeo is an associate attorney with Cowart Dizzia LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked as an Agency Attorney and Assistant General Counsel for the New York City Department of Social Services specializing in Medicaid and guardianship matters. Adam has successfully tried hundreds of court cases and administrative hearings. He has extensive experience training attorneys on Medicaid eligibility issues and served as a faculty member with the Practicing Law Institute. He is a recipient of The NYC Human Resources Department's Professionalism, Accountability and Integrity Award and a graduate of the competitive New York City Management Academy.

Adam graduated with honors from Penn State before attending Fordham Law School where he was an associate editor for the Urban Law Journal and a recipient of the Archibald Murray Community Service Award. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and three children.
