Pascal Bourgeois is an associate attorney at Cowart Dizzia LLP. Prior to joining CDLLP, Pascal entered private practice in 2013 and previously worked in Mexico City and London on a broad range of matters in energy law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, dispute resolution, governmental investigations and antitrust law.

Pascal holds a B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2007 and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012. He also holds a Master of International Law and International Relations from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

He is admitted to practice law in New York, Massachusetts and Florida. Mr. Bourgeois is also qualified as a Solicitor to the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Pascal is a native of Québec and a US immigrant, who currently resides in Miami, Florida.
