Jennifer Sweeney is an associate attorney at Cowart Dizzia LLP.  Her practice focuses primarily on Medicaid application appeals at both the Agency and state supreme court levels, management of the firm’s estate practice, and consulting with clients regarding their admissions documents for compliance with state and federal laws. 

Prior to joining Cowart Dizzia LLP, Jennifer worked as an attorney for the New York State United Teachers Union defending teachers at their disciplinary hearings as well as appeals of decisions to the state supreme court. Jennifer is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is licensed to practice law in New York.  She is active in several philanthropic organizations including the Center for Discovery and St. David’s School.
